# These all Softwares are Standard software without any Customosation, and Does not include any Changes as per Customer Requirements.

# Support of the Software will be upto one year from Date of Bill and Support will be Thru Internet / Phone / Mobile only, During working days and office hours only.

# Support of the Software Upto 1 Year from Bill date thru TELEPHONE or INTERNET during working days and office hours only.

# After that Support Charges for Software will be charged yearly. These charges may be changed without any further notice. These Support charges does not include any Customisation in Software. Support will be Thru Internet / Phone / Mobile only, During working days and office hours only.

# Support charges for Einvoicing Routine will be charged Additionally After one year of Implementation.

# Data Entered in Software is the sole ownership of the User, We are not responsible for Loss/Theft/Corruption of Data in any circumstances Due to any reason.

# If you do not have latest correct backup of data, No complains shall be attended regarding Data Corruption.

# GST will be Extra as Applicable.
